This is adapted from the book
"Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day". The dough was quite sticky that I took quite long time to get the windowpan, I guess I had much higher hydration than the book refers to. Anyway, it is light and tender. I shaped part of the dough into braid with muti-seeds topping and coiled the rest of the dough with cookies' crumb and dried mix-berries...both are delicious~
