Pork Chili

Since I have some cooked ground pork and chili seasoning mix left, I decided to make pork chili~
I made it with freestlye way - mixing all ingredients up, and cooking it until it got thick. It only took a few minutes, but the result came out perfectly for me.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 T seasoning mix
- 1 red pepper
- 5 garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup ground pork, cooked

Boil the tomato puree, add some water if you need. Then adding diced tomato, minced onion and garlic to it. Wait until the mixure boil again, then adding the seasoning to steam for a while. Add sliced onion and red pepper flakes. When onion is soft and translucent, put the cooked ground pork in. Steam for a few minutes and then cooking it without the lid last few minutes to make chili get thick as you want.

  1. Hi Mil,
thank you for visiting and also tried the recipe. I am sorry it didn't work for you. About your question, I don't quite remember what was my room temperature at the time I made it, but most likely between 70 - 75 degrees F. The best thing is to learn from the mistake right? So, perhaps you should give it another try, and check after an hour to see if it is ready.

    Cheers,
    elra
