San Francisco Sourdough Bread

This is my breakfast ^^.

The recipe is adapted from PR's "Artisan Breads Every Day" again and I shaped the dough into baguettes. They are not pretty enough for me to take a picture, but they were really good to eat. I used to eat it with melting cheese since the sour flavor are pretty match to cheese. But recently I've found that it is also match to raspberry jam!! So I top melting cheese on my plain version sourdough bread, and raspberry on my sourdough bread which has candied oreange peel in it, B。L。I。S。S.
