Flexseed Rye Bread



My whole new life in America have started for a while, but I didn't have the mood and the time to update my blog until now. This flexseed bread is adapted from Jeffrey Hamelman's ''Bread". Although it looks so plain, it tastes flavorful. The flaxseed aroma explode in my mouth through every single bite. I use to eat it plain just because I don't want anything else to cover its unique flavor. Moreover, the crust are crispy and have a hint of nutty flavor...It's another good bread, I enjoy it very much!
