New Bittersweet Brownie




Yes, this is the second recipe I adapted from the book "Pure Dessert". Because the first dessert, Italian Chocolate Torte, I made is very impressive, I decide to try another one. I used Trader Joe's 70% bittersweet chocolate, and it truly gave the brownie deep and rich chocolate flavor. However, my brownie didn't have crispy crust on the top, I guess it might because I've over beaten the eggs. Well, next time I will force myself to be more lazy. ^^"
