Sourdough Semolina Bread


This recipe is adapted from zolablue's blog...
Well...the bread is not successful, because the flavor is too sour QQ. I think it might because I let it rise for too long. Moreover, I poured all water at begining, and it got too wet so that I had to add much more bread flour in it which led the bread looks not yellow anymore.

Actually, it is quite good except the extremley sour flavor XD.
