Radish Pastry 蘿蔔絲餅/Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits



These are what I brought to visit my brother last week.

I used the same pastry dough with the moon cake I made before to make radish pastry. The crust is crispy and crumbling.The only mistake I made is that the filling was a little bit salty, otherwise, I'm satisfied with that.

It's pity that I forgot to take the picture for those delicious biscuits...
The biscuit is adapted from here. Since we are all impressed by the cheddar biscuit in Red Lobster, I tried to find the closest copy cat on the web. I think this one is really good, we all like it very much.
