100% Whole Rye Banana Bread with Pecan


Another variation from Mini's Favorite 100% Rye.


It tasted like non-sweet quick banana bread and I like it very much!! I could top with any kind of preserve or paste I want, and it's expecially good with Nutella. It has crispy crust but soft, tender and moisture crumb even when I toasted it after taking out from the freezer.


Ingredients:

- 120 g starter
- 420 g water
- 500 g rye flour
- 1 medium size mash banana
