Sourdough Rye Bread with Cheese and Walnut

This is another recipe from Breadtopia. I added cheese and walnut into original recipe, omitted the spice and made some variations on the use of flour. The result was great! Comparing to the previous recipe, spelt sourdough, this one tasted less sour. I'm not sure if the sourdough starters made the difference or it is only because sour is always good company with rye bread. Anyways, this is so delicious that I would keep this recipe forever.


Ingredients:
varied from Breadtopia "Sourdough Rye Bread"
- 200g water
- 35g sourdough starter
- 106g rye flour
- 100g T65
- 44 g spelt flour
- 15g molasses
- 6g salt
- cheese
- walnut
