Cookie Crumb Roll


I made rugelach with peanut butter filling several days ago, but few people wanted to eat it because they thought the cookies were too greasy. Suddently, there was an ideal of how to make these unwanted cookies into something delicious that came out of my mind. I smashed them into cookie crumb and use the rich crumb to make the filling of the sweet rolls. The result was great, everyone like it and it is good to be breakfast!
