All I wanna eat for lunch is something cool. Yes, salad is the best choise for lunch of summer time.
So, here it comes - spicy ground chicken salad.
Actually, I planned to make chicken chili at first, but I didn't have dark red kidney beans and coriander around /__\, so this meal is top with somthing like chicken chili without dark red kidney beans and coriander= = .
Ingredients:
for seasoning mix
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander(x)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
